The new and improved TELUS Service Status site, at telus.com/status, is the quickest way for you to get up-to-date information about preventative-maintenance outages (planned) or unexpected incidents impacting your Internet, TV, home phone, and mobility services.

 

Simplifying your experience

By searching the address in question, you will be advised of:

  • Nearby outages,
  • If any actions should be taken; and,
  • Where you can go for further information and support.

Additionally, a recent enhancement to the tool enables you to sign up for email or text message notifications for real-time alerts on resolution progress.

The information provided is refreshed every 90 minutes, ensuring you receive the most up-to-date details on the situation and the estimated time of resolution.

 

We also introduced the ability for you to report outages, helping us address incidents earlier and further improving our network reliability. Whenever there is a possible network concern in your area, go to telus.com/status for the easiest and fastest answers.

  • I live in the South Surrey / White Rock area and we find the  mobility service absolutely TERRIBLE ! Cannot have a conversation but our call is interrupted when the the party on the call cannot hear but i Can hear the person I am . Drop calls whether in the home or outside.

     

    It appears my neighbours are experiencing the same issues. We were called by a TELUS technician over a month ago that they were planning to install fibre optic cables in the area but we feel there needs to be more Receivers located in the the area

    Please advise whether you have a plan to improve services to your clients

    robbren Check out this suggestion by A-B in another thread. If others are experiencing the same thing and report it through our site or over the phone, it gets aggregated and prioritized based on how many are affected.
